Okay holy fuck! Working with you and my confidence in myself and abilities has grown in more ways than one. I actually never would have imagined even talking to my friends about the journey I was on but TONIGHT I was shouting from the roof tops proud of what we've accomplished and excited for what's about to come.

I was on the phone with a friend and she stopped conversation mid way just to tell me she can hear the energy shift in my voice and that she always knew I'd do great things but this new confidence takes that to another level! 

Like I know there's been a shift but for someone else to stop the conversation to tell me was so nice!!!

I feel a sense of release, even though my body hasn't changed, I feel like the energy within me has exploded for the better. I feel like a bright ball shining through my entire life. I feel happy and a sense of relief and when I look at my future I see light. Feeling overwhelming joy for what is to come. Like I'm high on life. This is a crazy feeling.
